Reward Percentage with 'Public Mining Available'

Resources in the land are enormous, and it requires quite a few Robos to successfully exploit them. After the land has been activated, the land owner can choose to register its land as 'Public Mining Available' in the Quest Hall. The mining quest can be publicly accessible to all Robos after setting the reward percentage. The landowner can share the rewards with the participating Robos after the mining is complete, according to the previously agreed upon percentage.
